These Terms are the main contractual terms for advanced driving courses, shown before you place an order. By ordering, you agree.

Eligibility and bookings

Courses require a valid driving licence. You must attend sober, follow instructions, and hold a valid licence. We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3283-IX "On Personal Data Protection" (10 March 2023).

Payment

Fees are due before the course starts. Cancellations 48+ hours before the start are fully refunded; later cancellations are non-refundable.

Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected course, except where prohibited by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Rights Protection" (12 May 1991, as amended). We do not guarantee exam passes; advertising claims are substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" (3 July 1996, as amended).

Licensing

Driver training is licensed under Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII "On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity" (2 March 2015) and Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 1398 of 28 December 2016 "On Approval of the Procedure for Training and Testing of Drivers of Vehicles".
